Random Wisdom: G. W. Huber - Magic

As adults, we give up the pretenses of childhood. Stupidly, we sacrifice those things in the name of growing up. The magic which once told us that things really could be all right is replaced by the world of newspapers and nightly news; the world that tells us that nothing, ever, is really right.

We trade our simple faith for cynicism and our dreams for a working reality. Once we've let it go, we cannot get it back. We lose the magic simply by failing to believe in it.

Ah, but we can get it back - yes, we can! :)

Or... we can choose never to let it go. ;)
